FEATURED ANNOUNCEMENTS



1. Demolition Crew Wanted
We are looking for a few good people to prepare the first set of bathrooms for updating. The work will be done on Saturday, July 16 beginning at 9:00 a.m. We will also be putting up the Noah's Ark Now Enrolling sign, while we're here. Work will involve removing and storing the toilets and mirrors - so they can be re-installed. Removal and disposal of wall paper, chair rails, floors and partitions.  If you can help out please contact Leann at leanncarrick.fbc@gmail.com

2. Business Meeting
Our next regularly scheduled Business meeting will happen July 20th at 6:30 p.m.  At this meeting we will get ministry updates from the Olathe & Gardner campuses and we will vote on changing the name of the Olathe Campus. Absentee Ballots are now available - please see Leann Carrick, if you need an absentee ballot. Absentee Ballots should be returned to Leann not later than close of Business July 20.  There will be a potluck supper before the meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. Please bring a dish to share according to your last name: A-I Main Dish; J-Q Salad or Side and R-Z Dessert.

Camp FBC begins Monday, July 11th at 2:00 p.m. Camp FBC is open to kids 3-years old and up.

Wednesday Night Supper - join us for Chicken.

Children's Wednesday Evening Activities, July 13th with the theme Island Safari

Young at Heart will gather Tuesday, July 19 at 10:30 a.m. On the program The Side By Side Experience. Bring a dish to share and join in the fun. 

SERVE
Serve at Grace is coming up on July 21 - sign up sheets are now at the Welcome Center.

Lead and Assistant teachers are needed for Junior High and High School Sunday small groups. Interested or have questions see Pastor Rachael or call her at 913-764-7088 x307

July is going to be a busy month for Becky Burns who heads up our awesome Wednesday Night Suppers - some extra help on Wednesday's during July would be great. If you need more information contact Becky at beckyb0226@gmail.com.

WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED?

Ginger Sparks would like to know what the interest would be for a Bible Journaling small group. Bible journaling combines Bible study with art.  See the photo for an example. It would require that you purchase a Journaling Bible and possibly some drawing/coloring supplies. If you would like to learn more please email Ginger at stampinginger@sbcglobal.net
