Life Center designated fund at First Baptist Church of Olathe.

full name and how the funds are to be handled, you or they have three (3) options.
Option 1: Allow the church to apply
your donation to its Building Improvement project
Option 2: Receive a refund of your
donation. Please be aware that return of a prior donation
could have tax consequences if you have already claimed that donation on your
tax returns. Please consult your tax advisor.
Option 3: Allow the church to move your
donation to its General Fund
Please provide a written response to the church no later
than April 15, 2017. If you do not
respond by this time, all monies remaining in the FLC designated fund will be
moved to the General Fund at that time in accordance with the First Baptist
Church of Olathe/Connections Community Church Financial Policy.

There will be a special meeting to provide an update for the building improvement project and campaign, this Sunday February 26 - following the second service.
2. America For Christ Offering
This annual special offering is one of the way we reach beyond our walls. This year's theme is "Cultivating Leaders: Equipping Disciples, Healing Communities." As you are able, please give generously. Our goal this year is $1000. America For Christ envelopes can be found in the pews.

3. Ash Wednesday Service
We'll kick off the season of Lent with a special service on Ash Wednesday - March 1st at 6:30 p.m.
WORSHIP
Please be sure to fill out a Connect Card each week to let us know you were at church and how the staff can be praying for you. If you attend the first service drop it in the offering plate as it goes by. If you attend the second service you can put the Connect Card in the offering boxes at the back of the Sanctuary. You can also sign-up for Wednesday Night Supper that way. For those of you who regularly fill them out - THANK YOU!
This week's survey is an insert in your bulletin, please take the time to fill it out and either drop it in the plate during first service or put it in the contribution boxes during second service.

This week we finish Acts part 3 as we head into the season of Lent. Pastor Derek will share a message titled God Rescues, Spirituality Increases we'll be studying Acts 12:1-25.

World Day of Prayer - Friday, March 3. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the program will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary. This event is open to everyone and is being co-hosted by our own American Baptist Women and Church Women United.
