PUBLIC NOTICE
First Baptist Church of Olathe
Family Life Center Fund Dissolution
                            Please share this information with anyone who may be affected.

If you, any member of your family or someone you know made a contribution to the Family Life Center designated fund at First Baptist Church of Olathe.

Please send or have them send a letter to:

Olathe, KS 66062

That states full name and how the funds are to be handled, you or they have three (3) options.

Option 1: Allow the church to apply your donation to its Building Improvement project

Option 2: Receive a refund of your donation. Please be aware that return of a prior donation could have tax consequences if you have already claimed that donation on your tax returns. Please consult your tax advisor.

Option 3: Allow the church to move your donation to its General Fund

Please provide a written response to the church no later than April 15, 2017. If you do not respond by this time, all monies remaining in the FLC designated fund will be moved to the General Fund at that time in accordance with the First Baptist Church of Olathe/Connections Community Church Financial Policy.

FEATURED ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. Office Hours
Due to this week's committee & Diaconate meetings the church office will close Friday, April 14th as early as 1:00 p.m.

2. ALL CHURCH GARAGE SALE
G.A.L.S are hosting an all church garage sale Saturday, April 22nd from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. They are accepting donations of  clean, ready to sell items.  Gently used children's clothing will be accepted, but please no adult clothes. Proceeds from the sale will go toward the Church Improvement Fund. For more information please contact Carolyn Ibach at carolynibach@gmail.com or 816-830-9082. Items for the sale maybe dropped off at the church Thursday, April 20th or Friday April 21st.

3. Youth Sunday
Youth Sunday will be celebrated Sunday, May 7th with a message from Pastor Rachael and graduating high school seniors being recognized at the 10:45 service. WORSHIP
Let Us Know...
Please be sure to fill out a Connect Card each week to let us know you were at church and how the staff can be praying for you. If you attend the first service drop it in the offering plate as it goes by. If you attend the second service you can put the Connect Card in the offering boxes at the back of the Sanctuary. You can also sign-up for Wednesday Night Supper that way. For those of you who regularly fill them out - THANK YOU!

Coming up This Weekend:
HE IS RISEN INDEED! This Sunday we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus with a message from Pastor Derek titled Love Will Rise Up And Call Us By Name - looking at John 20:1-18

Tomorrow, April 14th at 6:30 p.m. we will have a special Good Friday Service. Please plan to join us.

Wednesday Night Supper - It's A Surprise

Movie Night - The Education Department will host another movie night on Friday, April 21st at 7:00 p.m. We will be showing the movie What If? Refreshments will be available.
