1. Benefit Garage Sale - started today

May 19-21 Thursday & Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 7am-1pm at 1826 S Abbey Circle, Olathe 66062. Funds raised will help support the Petzold family and the new Patsy's Pantry ministry. Volunteers are needed. For more information contact Jeramie Albin at 913-424-7471 

2. Remembrance Service

May 26th at 7:00 pm a special service is being planned for all who are grieving  the loss of a loved one. This special service is for our church family and is also an outreach to our community.  There will be a simple fellowship time following the service. Thank you to everyone who volunteered to make cookies.  

3. Special Business Meeting 

May 25th at 6:30 pm  - This will be an informational meeting that will cover two topics. First on the agenda will be a discussion of facility upgrades that are needed at the Olathe campus. Then Pastor Derek will give the Common Meeting presentation concerning the name change. There will be a potluck supper served before the meeting at 5:30 pm - A-L Main Dish, J-Q Salad or Side & R-Z Dessert

If you have not attended a Common Meeting and will not be able to attend the special meeting a limited number of DVDs of the presentation are available to check out from Leann at the church office.

Other Stuff

The church offices will close at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 20th.

Plans for the official launch of our Campus in Gardner - Connections Community Church are underway.  June 5 & 12 there will be an open house beginning a 4:30 p.m. with Worship to follow at 6:00 p.m.  June 19th is the official launch with Worship at 6:00 p.m.
