FEATURED ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. Service Time Changes
Beginning March 13, 2016 we  will be changing our service time. The new times are as follows: New Traditions at 9:30 a.m. and Celebrations at 10:45 a.m. Small Groups/Sunday School will be available at 8:15 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. - If you are currently part of a Sunday Small Group please check with your leader to see when your group will be meeting. New small groups will be forming so please keeping watching for news of additional groups.
2. Congregational Business Meeting
Wednesday, March 16th - we will hold our first regular business meeting of the year. Please join us for supper at 5:30 p.m. and the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
3. Easter Activities
Mark your calendars, invite your friends, neighbors and family to the awesome things we have planned.
     Saturday, March 19 - Easter Fun Day at the Gardner Campus 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
     Sunday, March 20 - Palm Sunday and Children's Easter Egg Hunt at 12 Noon
     Friday, March 25 - Good Friday service at 7:00 p.m.
     Sunday, March 27 - Easter Services at 9:30 a.m. and  10:45 a.m.

Coming up Sunday:
On this second Sunday of Lent we continue our Lenten series called Prayer Power with a message titled Seeing The Church In You. Pastor Derek will use Acts 19:11-17 to show us that we must be true to God if we expect to have a close relationship with God.

CONNECT
Wednesday Night Supper is a great way to connect with others. Join us for a great meal Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m. Cost person (to cover the cost of groceries) is $4. Please use the CONNECT card attached the the Sunday bulletin to sign up or call the church office 913-764-7088 by Tuesday. 

Connection Journey - Saturday, February 20th starting at 9:00 a.m. It's not to late to be part of this class. If you have been coming to FBC for a while and would like to learn more and find ways to get connected better - this class is for you.
